Teaching staff of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Gadjah Mada University (FIB UGM) took part in an English course organized by the FIB UGM Language Center on October 9, 2023. This course aims to improve the quality of FIB UGM staff so that they are more qualified in English, especially in daily conversation matters related to work.
This course was attended by around 30 FCS UGM staff from various work units, such as administration, library, security, and others. This course lasts for one hour, starting from 09.00 to 10.00 WIB on Mondays and Thursdays, in the FIB UGM classroom. This course uses interactive and fun learning methods, involving games, discussions, and simulations.
One of the course participants, Mr. Risky as Driver, said that this course was very useful for him and his fellow students. “The course is useful for insight into my English vocabulary,” said Mr. Risky. (24/10/2023)

The UGM FIB Language Center plans to hold English language courses for students regularly every month. This course is a form of support from the FIB UGM Language Center for the development of human resources within the FIB UGM environment.
