Joint doctorate programme agreement
This agreement is made and entered into by and between:
Universiteit Leiden, a legal entity under the laws of the Netherlands, having its
o{fices at Rapenburg 7o (zstt EZ),Leiden, The Netherlands, hereinafter refeired to as
“Leiden lJniversity”;
Universitas Gadjah Mada, a legal entity under the laws of Indonesia, having its
offices at Bulaksumur, Yogyakarta, bbzSr,lndonesia, hereinafter referred to as ,.T.JGM”;
each of the atrove rnay also be referred to as “Party” and, collectively, as “the Parties”.
Whereas:
o Farties have expressed the interest to collaborate in ajoint doctorate
programme; and
c Now wish to establish the structure and management of said programme,
